Pros

Free espresso/caffeine. Free donuts (which you’ll be sick of within a couple days). Meet great customers who come in like regulars. (I mean you are feeding them caffeine and sugar)

Cons

Everything else. 70-80 hour work weeks. Having a trivial budget so you’re always running out of product (donuts/coffee/etc). Labor budget will only allow to pay workers minimum wage so it’s a revolving door.

Pros

A free donut every once in a while. The boss was nice.

Cons

The worst place ever to work. All you do is clean all day, there is no point to this job. You are expected to perform way above what you are paid. Management sucked. Everything sucked. Don't work here. No growth, no future, don't waste your time.
