Pros

Manager and assistant manager very friendly and great to work for. Co workers friendly.

Cons

Not getting enough hours. As low as 17.5 to 18 hours and lots of hours cut to all employees

Pros

I've found the management to be really good. Sometimes there's a bit of a language barrier because my manager isn't fluent in English, but the owner always helps out with that. The payment is really incredible given that this is my first job and I'm only part time. All donuts, coffee, and food is free for me. The only thing I have to pay for is drinks from the cooler. It's very easy to learn, and since I live in a small town, I get close with a lot of customers and have lots of regulars.

Cons

Depending on the location, afternoon and night shifts can be veeeeery boring. You're still getting paid, but time goes by very slow without a constant stream of customers. My manager is also pretty strict about uniform, aka blue jeans, white shirt, apron, and dunkins hat, but you can wear a dunkin' donuts sweater in the colder months. Also, your feet will hurt from standing for so long.
