Pros

Meeting regulars was always a fun thing about this job. They worked around my school schedule which was always a bonus.

Cons

I worked there for 7 years. I worked as hard as ever, made shift leader and never got recognition. I did everyone else's job when they wouldn't and got a total of 50 cents in raises for 7 years. Great for high schoolers, but don't expect to be there as long as me.
