Pros

Dunkin is a great company and provided me with a good first job. It wasn't too hard to pick up on, but because I worked at a busy location, it could be a bit demanding. The food was great and the customers were really nice.

Cons

There was too much employee drama and training is terrible! How can anyone learn from sitting for 4 hours and watching videos? Training needs to be more hands on.

Pros

Very small staff, you get a lot of hours. I was called a lot to come in earlier or even close shifts. Management was very friendly. Tips are shared amongst employees working.

Cons

Some shifts started really rest being that it was a coffee shop. I would sometimes be asked to come in at 6 or 6:30AM.
