Pretty good pay and free food just make it such a good job because you save money on food and get to spend your money on other things

Cons

managers and shift leaders can be annoying and picky for little things such as sweeping a little dirt or expecting you to know everything about the store within your first day.

long hours that gave me the money i needed to put myself through college, i really liked my coworkers, my manager was very accommodating

there was absolutely no room for advancement, upper management never looks at good things but continues to nitpick which really discourages morale.
