      -Good relationship building -Company is good about creating a good work environment -Able to speak with leadership about future aspirations -Training opportunities/Travel Opportunities -Growing Company (Make sure to get familiar with SAP)

      Cons

      -Reporting can be stressful -New Hybrid policy ( 3days in office) -Hard to see growth -Overtime might be necessary
