      Pay as way below market average and there are no chances for development Senior management don't seem to care about staff only the bottom line.

And that you didn't benefit from our busines training and skills development programs. In 2022, 84% ENGIE employees were trained and we aim at training 100% every year in 2030. Regarding the salary, we now provide a wide package of advantages (social protection, employee shareholding plan, ...) to stay competitive on the market.
