      Company values are stated but not upheld. In practice, the company treats employees as commodities: salary increases are kept below inflation, promotion / firing is done without any robust process, and the company is increasingly outsourcing to Asia.

      The managers and team members are really nice people and are doing their best to keep a fun work environment.

      Cons

      Engie will tell you that we don't have high turnover compared to our competitors and that we are constantly hiring but as a whole Engie Impact has been and continues to be under 50% staffed while still gaining more clients/accounts that only increase our work. There is a massive amount of OT that needs to be done to get even close to caught up. The pay is also laughably low and they just keep telling employees that they are "Constantly looking into and adjusting" but that just isn't happening. Most new hires will actually be paid more than employees in the same position for 3-4 years because once you are hired your pay rate will not increase to reflect the market.
