Good Company

Pros

There are some really good people here and the company has really great values and ambition for growth.

Cons

The corporate politics can be very difficult / challenging to address. The U.S. job market is really "hot" right now for this industry and salaries may not be as high as competitors.

Pros

Literally some of the best people/coworkers I have met . Management was great, though that depends on your team.

Cons

A giant slog to say the least. Upward mobility is based of who you know and not merit based. The company hugely underpays for the market they are in. I know that in the 4 years I was there I had barely a 1 dollar raise meanwhile cost of living made their pittance of pay impossible to live . The company only cares about their executives which they compensate extremely well, meanwhile their Frontline workers can't afford to live.
