Pros

ENGIE in other countries the only Pro, not ENGIE UK

Cons

Conflict, micromanagement and keeping the managers that do nothing, create problems out of nowhere and causing problems to people that are willing to progress. The senior management and HR are ghosts and don't care about the real people that offering to the company.

Pros

PTO, decent pay, easy work

Cons

You will be expected to act like a robot. Management does not want any talk going on, even work related, and does not want employees to collaborate as a team, much less on a one-on-one basis. Management plays favorites and will let their favorites steal hours worth of time but will get on anyone else for "too many bathroom breaks". You will never feel appreciated or treated like a human at this place. Also, 80% of the employees sleep around the office regardless of whether they are married or not and cause a ton of drama/gossip on the teams.
