      Great place to gain excellent experience

      Pros

      If you worked hard, you would be rewarded with mobility within the company. It was a place that allowed you to have a balanced life. You can gain valuable experience, work on interesting projects with a lot of quality people, and still have time for your family.

      Cons

      Salary and bonuses are a bit on the low side, but this was countered by gaining great experience and being able to spend time with your family.

      Pros

      The colleagues that i worked with were supportive and fun.

      Cons

      The office that i worked in was very "cliquey" and if you did not attend every social function you were treated as strange. Manager stalked me on social media or got others to do so. Work was repetitive and low level despite being told of "opportunities to progress and develop". High turnover of staff at lower levels but management were same faces but the turnover has never been looked at or questioned. The company had many outdated ways of doing things (in-house statement runs for thousands of accounts???!!). No development or progression in role, when suggested improvements that had been based on something from a previous role externally was told "its too complicated for you and above your paygrade".
