Communication is not clear and changing constantly from Leadership. Goals are not aligned and you must be able to manage relationships with conflicting objectives and choose the right side. The culture and values have changed, declining rapidly.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely regret to hear about your negative experience during your time at ENGIE. We take all employee reviews very seriously, especially when it comes to concerns about workplace culture and management behavior. We are glad to hear that you had the opportunity to work with some great colleagues during your tenure. However, we deeply regret that your experience with management and the overall work environment did not meet the standards we strive to uphold. At ENGIE, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all employees, and any behavior that goes against these values is unacceptable. We would like to assure you that we take all concerns related to discrimination and mistreatment very seriously. We are actively working to address these kinds of issues through training, support systems, and open lines of communication within our teams. We understand that your experience was not ideal, and we are grateful that you took the time to bring these matters to our attention. If you would be open to further discussion, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team directly so that we can better understand your concerns and work towards improvements in our management practices. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Warm regards, The ENGIE HR Team
