      Pros

      Training is a fun experience, A.W is amazing to learn under. Building is a maze but so easy to get through once you have walked around a few times

      Cons

      I haven't had a bad time except the water filter in the water fountain on 4th floor needs to be changed :(

      Company has a great goal to a greener future, but upper management fails to see how the "small work" leads to success

      Cons

      Changes over the last 8 years in the company has brought processes back full circle. But no one was willing to ever admit that the changes were wrong, and instead attempted "band-aid" solutions rather than being willing to reverse positions on how the client-service organization should be structured. This led to financial losses, and eventually the sale of the company to a multi-national organization. Advancement based more on who you know than what you know Education is unappreciated

      Good people to work with. There are a lot of lifers. They have ok benefits.

      Using software and Systems outdated. European parent company doesnot care about US. Not a company for people by people.
