Pros

If you want to sit around most of the time this is the job for you. The coworkers are great to work with and are very close like a family.

Cons

If I could say anything about the management is not much. They're to busy having meeting about what who knows. Pay is low. No pay raises and who knows when a bonus will be paid out to you. Training there isn't any. Good luck to you if apply for this company. I would rather work at McDonald's.

Pros

Good benefits (besides compensation), work/life balance, contributing to greater good, challenging/rewarding work. Being acquired by Engie may be a positive but much remains to be seen. The Portland office has an amazing culture.

Cons

Depends on the business unit you work for. Expense Data Management vs Utility Division. My manager told me I am worth more than I was given for my position. According to him, an outside hire would have received 20% more than I received. I appreciate his candidness but leaves a sinking feeling knowing it will be hard to be paid what I'm worth. No bonus since I've worked here.

Pros

Great place to work if you're looking for an easy life with a 9 to 5 very easy job to do. The compensation & benefits are great compared to the difficulty and the value of the work done here.

Cons

If you're looking for a meaningful job or having an impact in this world, please go away! The projects are boring and meaningless. This is a 50's company struggling to exist in the 21th century. The work culture is a thing of the past and the career opportunities are inexistant (unless you want to do the same job during your entire life). Furthermore, mediocre people tend to get promoted faster as they are a safe bet.
