Pros

- Emphases on employee learning & development. There are a lot of internal tooling & learning resources to assist employees career growth. - (Somewhat) transparent career progression. - Generally friendly manager, but this vary from location to location. - Allow to "rotate" to another client company after a certain period of time, but still requires interview with the client company.

Cons

- Heavily exposed to market macroeconomics. The market downturn of 2023 force the company to cut cost, result in lesser increment and bonus. There are also lesser client companies/projects to work with. However, to be fair, the company didn't do any mass layoff. - As employees are mostly deployed at client side, the manager are heavily "detached" from employee's day-to-day performance, and can cause mismatch during performance review. - Working environment (colleague/manager that you work with day-to-day, work-life balance and culture) are heavily dependents on which client company you deployed to, so take other reivew's comment on working environment with a grain of salt. Some of the cons listed above are not entirely the company's fault, but rather the "nature" of a consultant company. But I still want to highlight it here so you can compare the pros and cons working in a consultant company vs directly under a company.

Pros

Remote and good health insurance.

Cons

Culture and leadership team is male dominated. You are encouraged to constantly report on each other to management. Teams have very low morale due to a lack of trust and over the top micromanagement by leadership. There is no empowering of teams or employees, and the only way to succeed is to operate in an isolated manner. This is not an organization to apply to if you are looking for positive leadership and collaboration.

Pros

Interesting projects, ability to learn

Cons

- low salaries (company representatives on all levels will try to lower your salary as much as possible, no hesitation to do dirty things) - no salary review (only for small amount of people. you can spend 2 years going through hard work and promises only without any raise in the result, changing the company to have more money that you deserve) - poor management (a lot of managers that do nothing, thousands of meetings about nothing, moaning about change, but as a result nothing is done) - management is not interested in employees opinions (only make a look) - low HR support - you are pushed to take vacations when you do not want to (just to allow copany to show better stats for customers) - if company is not able to provide you with a project, they will push to fire you without compensation - low benefit package (but all the time shown as wide opportunities, some benefits are twice price than original, benefit team ignores employees reviews)
