Pros

Above-expectations salary, remote work, but excessive job instability

Cons

If you are working in a company where you feel secure and have a good relationship with your peers and leaders, I would not recommend accepting offers from this company. There are many cons: They offer you a lot of benefits but when you want to take advantage of them, either they are not what they said they were, or you have to fulfill a lot of requirements to qualify for them. Getting fired when the project is over is almost a certainty (Bench is your death sentence), and you may not be given more than two months' notice. When a project ends, you are completely on your own. They assign someone to "help" you, but if there are no new projects for you, you are alone in the world and have to find something to do to be productive. Additionally, the company could hire several people, but they didn't have projects for everyone, so you might end up on the bench, which could be a big mistake. The assigned leaders have too much workload or are in different time zones, so you never get to know them or develop a relationship with them.
