      flexible working hours good office space nice HR policies

      Just to show case the strength as and when required they will hire the people and firing is seen frequently without any reason. recently around 500 employees are fired. They ruined around 300 fresher's life by recruiting from premium institutes like JNTU Hyderabad and put on bench for 4 months,fired.These freshers have lost other opportunities being from JNTUH and it's very hard for them to continue their career.Just think of a midle class student who got into EPAM with hopes. never chose EPAM

      Pros

      Good relocation package. Top tech customer in Mountain View, CA. Work on-site at the customer's office. The company and its revenue is constantly growing in the US (but not your salary).

      Cons

      Salaries are way below the market average. No guaranteed bonus, very reluctant towards salary raise. They promise to start the Green Card process in 1 year, but in fact they try hard to postpone the starting date. Also the whole GC process in slowed down as much as possible. This is how they "retain" their employees. LOL
