      Very nice and friendly colleagues, a lot of opportunities to learn different sides of development and programming

      Cons

      It is hard to move by career ladder, sometimes hard to change your project and it take a lot of time. A lot of paper work.

      Many different projects in different areas and technologies, lot of experience Can work from home (depends on the project) Good place to start software developer career in .NET or Java Good colleagues, was good management in Moscow office Work with foreign (non Russia) customers

      Big projects, so sometime cat stuck with old technologies Bad projects can happen (bad from very beginning :)) with poor management Salary average On-site work
