      Used to be a great organisation, like an international open university with the smartest people all around. These smart people are still there.

      Cons

      Has become a ship at full speed without radar, no one on the bridge and no clue where it's heading.

      Very competent colleagues who take time to share their experience with you and pass on the knowledge, excellent onboarding, discussions with colleagues, team managers and even director of department at equal level, amazing working conditions (hybrid work, digital) and offers for integration (atmosphere, get together, parties, sports) and advantageous benefits also for the family.

      not any so far, I have never had better work conditions
