Pros

Great colleagues, you can work in your mother tongue, awesome offices and the work/tasks you are given are usually not only fulfiling but manage to keep your interests at an all-time high. I was only there on an internship but I had one of the most interesting work experiences i could have ever hoped for.

Pros

The money is great. The benefits, like retirement benefits, health care and education is amongst the best. Better than I could have ever imagined. I really love the work.

Cons

Long hours, but it compensates for the long holidays. Everyone gets 30 working days of holiday a year, plus if you are an ex-patriot, you get 8 more days every other year, plus you get a payed trip to your home country for you as well as your family. The kids get free education at a private school and private insurance is available for the whole family.
