Great colleagues who would be more than willing to give trainees a chance to make a valuable contribution

Cons

No job opportunities after the traineeship and the quality of the training mainly is dependent on the trainee itself rather than a holistic approach from the EPO.

A very intensive and complete training and development program. Plus they offer language courses included in the program to those who don't speak German.
