Pros

Good salary. But it comes at a price (s.b.)

Cons

Little respect and legal protection for employees & staff reps. Unilateral changes of salary/promotion/insurance schemes. Censorship, extreme production pressure at the expense of production quality. Single-dimensional promotion scheme only based on production targets. Quality-wise only lip service. Nepotism. Violation of national and European labour law. Once you're in for too long, it is difficult to get out unless you want to become a patent attorney (highly specialized EPO work, little external training with outside significance).

Pros

9-5 job, no travel, colleagues are super relaxed, gym, international, good salary, be your own boss

Cons

Career system is not ideal, too much focus on efficiency (at least with the previous president, that might change now hopefully)
