Pros
Stabile good income with low income tax (no national tax apply, 6% internal tax) Good work conditions overall Great offices Some potential, but not as in the private business Low workload, low expectations Work from home, from abroad and only 3 months/Year at the premises Find yourself some hobbies, you will have plenty of time
Cons
Management has shown more interest in their own careers than actually being responsible managers caring, managing and supporting staff Many frustrated/spoiled colleagues, despite amazing salary packages Some jobs can be rather repetitive and boring (but you are paid well!)
