The salaries are impressive. It is a place where you work together with people from all over Europe and beyond.

Cons

This organisation creates a lot of unnecessary stress. Reporting to higher management about your department is more important than the actual product it provides. The atmosphere in the organisation has deteriorated a lot since the introduction of the "rat race career system". A lot of harassment is going on because people compete with each other for step advancements and promotions.
