Good place to start career but not those (especially women) who choose not put career above everything else.
Pros
For the most part, the people you work with are nice and appear to be genuinely interested in your career advancement
Cons
People sometimes get caught in group think ideology. it is a bit like highschool as in there a cliques. They preach mobility within different service groups and locations but it is really difficult to do so. they preach diversity but any communication that comes out about leadership promotions just basically have all white males and maybe one white woman. Additionally, talk a lot about black history etc but doesnt not give Martin Luther King day which is a national holiday off. Tend to spend more efforts on recruiting than retention, they probably pay the least amongst the big 4 (starting salaries), no annual bonuses, tend to be quick to lay off during economic downturn but then are still hiring new hires. Worklife balance is preached but doesnt appear to be practiced.
