Pros

Really flexible environment, great autonomy for the workers, great exposition to different companies, people and knowledge. Its really hard to think of a place where you can really learn and grow as fast as here. You can really make your own career, but t depends on how good your are both technically and politically. Basically anything is possible, as soon as you are known as a good performer and have a director/partner to sponsor your dreams.

Cons

Pay is really low compared to what you can get as an analyst on other companies (usually 1/2 of it in São Paulo). Working hours can be impredictably high: one week you are fine, just working ~45 hours, the next one the sky is the limit.
