Pros

Great multinational company that offers its employees a lot of opportunities including, traveling, living in different countries and getting involved with local communities. Great salary and great benefits.

Cons

The travel is exhaustive and the company demands a lot from you especially later on in your career when many might have families and children that they want to spend time with.

Pros

Flexibility to work remotely and opportunity to work with fortune 500 companies that otherwise would be difficult to serve in a company smaller than a big 4.

Cons

As every large organization the heavy load of bureaucracy and lack of autonomy to make decisions slows down the decision making process and well as the dynamic of work itself.
