Pros

Culture, Values, Direction, Career Development

Cons

Not many. As any other big 4, internal procedures and red tape can make the decision process longer - however it does not affect the rightness of the decisions - it is right to do so, as per the nature of the services provided by this firm on the Audit landscape that require a thorough independence and risk evaluation on all engagements. Procedures are improving.

Pros

The environment is very good, young people seeking a promissing career helping each other. The consulting business is very nice, having contact with different client, different business is amazing, I would recommend it to everyone.

Cons

The management is much more worried about selling than delivering products, I believe it is a consultancy problem. Usually, we don't have management in field advising and reviewing staff workpapers and products, but in office seeking for another opportunities.
