      Pros

      Working for Abril Digital once meant to be with the brightest people in São Paulo's web industry, being well paid and motivated in one of the greatest work environments one could find in Brazil. It's such a pity it isn't so anymore.

      Cons

      There are two conflicting cultures in IT: the "web" one, reminiscent of Abril Digital and the "corporate IT" one, which plagued the company since forever. "Corporate IT" is now the dominant culture again, where people are undertrained and underpaid, mostly outsourced and constantly looking for a better job thanks to the bad corporate morale and constant fear of the frequent job cuts caused by the ever diminishing profits.
