      Pros

      It is the biggest publishing company from Latin America. Comparing to others, it definetly has the best magazine titles of all. It's a large company, which provides you a high number of possibilities and professional paths.

      Cons

      Poor salaries, poor benefits. Company is not doing so well, so people are constantly gettind fired. Employee are demotivated.

      Usually easy-going partners, but mid-managers need to improved their skills.

      Cons

      Old culture, most os managers don't have skill's necessary to handle 21st challengers. Not as agile as a so-called-internet company should be.

      Its a big company, big structure, nice products, qualified and helpful people work there.

      Cons

      They are not good in keep talents inside the company, so lots of people quit and they keep doing everyhing in the same way.
