Horrible company, terrible terrible C levels. I felt like I was thrown back to the 80's - Imagine being stuck in an episode of The Office but without the comedy. 1 person makes all the wrong decisions, takes responsibility for (the now and then celebrated) achievements but not for fails (Which are the majority of the results at ElectroNeek). Poor salary, poor planing and poor overall leadership performance, dated product approach and general leadership incompetence, Ignorance and draconic methods to "manage". Theres bo feedback and no learning, founders are inexperienced, corp structure is not scalable, product is very weak, atmosphere is dull and gloomy. There is no HR, they are just hench(wo)men. Dont expect anything and you'd likely get less. No replies or answers for important questions was given (some Q's just hung there in the corp forum). For some reason they call themselves a series A instead of a seed stage company. They act like a corp and say "we are not a startup" well guys - you really are a startup!!! A lot of lies, not the fake it till you make it type of lies. Zero trust and confidence in employees. Why target and hire talent if you are not going to let them do anything? No wonder it's failing faster than a shot down jet. If you have no creativity, drive, or self esteem then this is the place for you!!
