Our roster of benefits is ever-increasing; we've enhanced our health insurance coverage in many global regions, provide free English lessons for all ESL team members, and offer Stock Option plans to all employees. We strive to keep all compensation levels at or above market, and consider all individual circumstances when making an offer for employment; our working hours are a standard 8 per day, with of course an hour provided for lunch mid-day, and all employees are entitled to a PTO and vacation day allocation, as well as local public holidays. Additionally, we know that personal matters happen! We pay avid attention to all individualized needs from each employee.
