      Lack of trainning

      Company very desorganized. They cover too much of you. Lack of trainning. Some managers dont like to discuss job roles.

      Pros

      There are some nice people at the company. But they're also getting screwed and probably wont be there for long. These other negative reviews here are spot on! I wish I read them before.

      Cons

      They make promises on their employment agreements that they do not honor. Total lack of integrity. Culture is non-existent. You are on your own - completely. This is probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.

There is no case where one of our employees has not received the terms of their agreement. We pride ourselves on our remote-first culture; while this doesn't offer snacks or a ping-pong table, our 200+ global employees report near-unanimously that they appreciate, and thrive in, our culture (we'll take no commuting over break-room chats every time!)
