      Pros

      Decent salary, some friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Terrible management with no useful experience and unrealistic expectations. They couldn't care less, high turnover (Especially in HR). Managers don't know what they want. No work culture. No benefits and no work safety.

      Dear author, thank you for your response. It is extremely important for us to receive feedback both from our existing employees, of whom there are already more than 170 and we continue to grow, and from employees who left the company for one reason or another. Feedback allows us to learn and develop from our mistakes, like any start-up, and, as the results show, thanks to a well-structured work process in the structure of the HR department and hiring managers, as well as the available attractive benefits in the form of health insurance (depending on a region, not launched everywhere yet), stock options, free English courses, a corporate university with periodically updated professional courses and more to come. We are looking forward to growing our friendly and professional team.

      Pros

      This is the first company in which processing gives me pleasure. Since I understand that they will be rewarded at their true worth. I've never come across a CEO asking if everything suits me, if there are any negative aspects in my work. The staff here is as friendly as possible. Which I feel supported, although we are working remotely. Working at ElectroNeek, you want to be as useful as possible and contribute to the vendor's history.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work in this company from the first day. But is this really a disadvantage if work is rewarded at its dignity?) Additionally, I can note that there are certain nuances in business processes inherent in a startup. Nevertheless, I see that the company strives to make the work of its employees as comfortable as possible.

      Great chance to see startup turning into big company

      Pros

      + Collaboration is widely used - your opinion will be heard, may be accepted and applied by members on any position + People are all smart, professional, and interested in good results. + The products include a huge variety of different technologies and you have a chance to know the areas better and get a better experience at it. + You can all see all good and tough sides of being a growing startups - from typical mistakes to smart and effective solutions. + Completely remote work - especially good for those who has a specific life situation + People from different parts of the world - always interesting + cultural/language exchange + No "Family/Team"-like propaganda - everyone is really focused on the job and this improves the team spirit even better.

      Cons

      - Not every internal process is built perfectly fine - sometimes it requires additional effort to build an effective model - Harder to synchronise with colleagues working in a different time zone yet solvable.
