Pros

-Ability to work remote -The technology is good just not executed well -They were doing well up until 2023

Cons

I would not have written a review if they were not continuously writing fake reviews here on Glassdoor. They have and are continuing to layoff employees because sales have tanked. They switch their IDP at the drop of the hat. All the failure is because of the CEO who cannot listen to reason and has no clue how to run a company let alone be successful in the United States. What leader would decide to try and make a global company before they were able to be successful in one market? This company will soon go under. Better to get out now than wait it out. Also, quit posting fake reviews. No one in the US comments on being paid on time as a Pro. Maybe that would be a pro in Russia but in the US, especially in tech, that is a requirement.

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.

Pros

Multicultural team and Remote work.

Cons

Working at ElectroNeek has been a rollercoaster ride of disappointment. The atmosphere within the company is marred by frequent layoffs and abrupt firings, creating an environment of uncertainty and fear. Employees seem to be hired and fired within the blink of an eye, with unrealistic targets and KPIs that make success nearly impossible. Now, when it comes to company direction and strategy, it's like they left the GPS at home. Long-term goals? Good luck finding them. The company culture is another story—it's more toxic than a sci-fi alien invasion. They've got a Ph.D. in micromanagement. It reached absurd levels, as my team was asked to provide HOURLY REPORTS to meet the CEO's demands. Seriously? My team spent more time playing secretary than actually doing the real work. And to top it off, submitting those hourly reports one minute late was practically a one-way ticket to unemployment. Trust is a foreign concept here. If things go south because of external factors, you can bet your bottom dollar that blame will rain down on your team. It was a completely toxic and disrespectful environment. ElectroNeek has proven to be one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune to work for. From the arbitrary hiring and firing practices to the absence of a clear strategy and toxic company culture, it's an environment that stifles professional growth and leaves employees feeling undervalued.

Pros

They offer remote job and decent commission for sales people (if you manage to achieve the target).

Cons

The leadership team is highly inexperienced and changes the sales process every other month without consulting the regional head. In my six months they changed the pricing, targeting, pitch, deck everything 4 times. And then they will pressurize you to achieve the target and if you fail, HR police will come and make your life miserable for next one month and after that one morning when you plan to begin your work, you will see you have no access to any of their systems. Just imagine it is a US-based company and they are still not able to build a sales team there. They do not generate even 20% of their business revenue from the region. Company leaders are only busy in doing posting on LinkedIn. They are so incompetent that since they failed to generate enough revenue, so they fired more than 100 people to show their improved revenue per employee to investors. Hats off to the investors.

Hello! Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand that changes in the sales process can be challenging to adapt to, especially if they happen frequently. As a startup company, we constantly look for ways to improve and grow; sometimes, that means adjusting our sales process. We hope that you understand that making changes is necessary for the growth and success of the company. While we recognize that layoffs are never an easy decision to make, it is sometimes necessary to make these difficult choices to secure the future of the company. We appreciate your feedback and take all comments seriously as we continue to strive for improvement.
