      Good base pay and commissions. Team of strong professionals around the world. Very diverse and multicultural. I learn a lot here.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized, lacking clear direction and strategy. It's future looks uncertain.

      Pros

      Decent payment, always on time. Clear targets and expectations, regular checks and discussion w/manager. Detailed onboarding, helpful HR. Interesting product - it’s easier to sell when you get its value.

      Cons

      Some team members lack motivation and professionalism, they often complain and think up excuses instead of working hard. That's demotivating.

      I enjoyed working there

      It was easy to sell this product as it really helps other companies and the work was mostly joyful

      Cons

      everyone works in different time zones, an it caused problems with scheduling sometimes
