      Pros

      The remote environment & global presence allows for the sharing of ideas across multiple cultures and regions. This shared mind-space offers the opportunity to quickly accelerate changes to achieve the huge goals the company has set for itself. Compensation is good, and the Compensation plans are unlike anything I've ever seen in the tech space. If you put in the work here to see results you (and your bank account) will be very happy as well.

      Cons

      Working in the tech space right now is difficult for anyone. I'm happy that ElectroNeek preemptively makes sometimes difficult choices to move the company forward. Upper management successfully navigates the ever-changing tech space expertly and proactively.
