      There are things I wish I had known before starting to work here.

      Pros

      - Good people in general working in the company. - Work from home.

      Cons

      - CEO is a tyrant, expects people to work after hours for free (he said so in a Town Hall meeting and we have it recorded). - About 30% of the company lost it's job in the last year. - Quarter bonuses got lowered by A LOT (now is 5% of the original) even though I achieved all of my objective in previous quarters. - Salary is not adjusted every year.

      Good base pay and commissions. Team of strong professionals around the world. Very diverse and multicultural. I learn a lot here.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized, lacking clear direction and strategy. It's future looks uncertain.

      Stressful space but you can grow here

      Pros

      Decent base salary and great commission plan, it's motivating. Your income depends on you. They care about employees satisfaction by conducting sync meetings with hr or sending anonymous questionnaires. Managers provide training sessions, share best practices, instructions, Operations specialist helps with routine workflow and better understanding of your performance.

      Cons

      Very focused on results: metrics and activities are tracked all the time. It's very stressful. Constant process improvements - you need to learn new workflow and waste o lot of time and energy on that.
