      You get to collaborate with people from all over the world. Because the company is so lean you can gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      American workers felt like second class citizens. The performance reviews were one sided and there was no incentives to work so hard because you got little in return.

      Multinational company where is a diversity of people which give me the opportunity to learn and to be exposed to different cultures. Respect law and Human rights. Look for talent . It offers opportunity to grow in your career

      Cons

      Look for cost saving all the time, put pressure to acheive EBIT, they do not have black and white policy. That could impact on employee morale especially if they don't know the rule.
