      Pros

      the working environment and colleagues are nice workload is proper, you can balance life and work

      Cons

      management has no clue about where to head for and they talk big but donot see the trend in the market. The market place are being taken over by other brands. running new projects but not any successful ones. the whole company is lack of innovation and inspiration.

You are correct that China is a challenging market, but in fact we are market leader in many places around the world. Without minimizing your specific experience with the company, it would be unfair to characterize all of Electrolux (in 150 countries with nearly 60,000 employees) as lacking innovation and inspiration. We have a history of nearly 100 years of innovation and our award winning products (most recently our new steam washer) as well as our partnerships with Google and the Open Connectivity Foundation (for example) continue to support this.       It was a GREAT Company to work at everyone work good together.

      Unfortunately they had to relocate the Small Appliance Department back to El Paso, TX

      No communication,no real training you are set up to fail.
