System changes and restructuring are implemented without thinking through all the consequences and expected to run by itself. Valuing people is lip-service in this organization. Good people has been asked to leave or reassigned to positions where probability of succeeding in that new role is very low. It is no longer the same company that cares about its products or people

Employees are treated unfairly. The same two people with the same job and similar levels are experience will have very different salaries. Also one may have a bonus potential and the other one doesn't. There are no HR systems or processes so it all depends on whether upper management likes you or not. It really doesn't matter if you do your job or not. There are very few systems any where in the company. The only consistent process is that the NA CEO and his VP's are micro managers. They say jump and if you don't or even ask any clarifying questions then you're out. Also, no one ever gets promoted or a raise, just a tiny merit increase. That's also the case even if you take on more responsibilities or move to a higher level job, merit increase is supposed to suffice for all that too.
