Pros

Nice building, cafeteria, and facility is easy to get to from interstate

Cons

Finance professionals, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If you value career growth, strong leadership, being empowered, accountability, teamwork, and being treated with respect.....this is not the place for you. This company wants people who will simply do as told without an eye for process improvement, what is "right", focus on compliance, and building your team's capabilities. This culture is the most toxic I have ever seen in many, many, years of finance experience. Employees throughout the organization will talk about how messed up and "broken" the finance/accounting function is but they also know management won't support the changes to fix it. I would not recommend this company to anybody unless they are simply desperate for a job.

Pros

Consumables team was amazing, welcoming, and worked so hard with so little. Some very great colleagues.

Cons

Senior leaders were not rowing the boat in the right direction. Way too much work given to people in OS/CDI resulting in big exodus and people staying for about 1 year before realizing it’s not getting better. Most people are doing 2-3 jobs. The growth path is very convoluted. There’s rule for some but not others. They’ll tell you, you have to be in a role for 18 months before being promoted, then you’ll see favoritism or SLT get promotions in 6-10 months. They’ll say sr mgr have to have direct reports, then hire sr mgr with no direct report. The rules for growth was not clear and it depended on who you knew. Marketing felt like a mean girls club and we not super welcoming. Hybrid schedule 60/40 did not make sense. The office was not comfortable and you had to fight for a spot and many times sat away from the people you were working with.
