Company is not doing well lately, limited opportunities, ongoing redundancies, not adapting to the new processes. ''People first'' but HR is (probably) the worst department in the whole group, so don't expect any support or clarity in times of change. Company has announced new 80/20 hybrid work rules - so up to 1 day a week from home, But the request must be submitted & approved by manager during prior week. ..
