Pros

They make good money and some of the people are nice and caring.

Cons

My opinion they don't care about our life outside of that place and they been having us working till different hours, we having been working our schedule time so it's hard for some of us to plan things because we dont know what time we get off

Pros

Fun people to work with, learn a lot about the manufacturing industry, benefits.

Cons

Politics, it's not about your qualification but who likes you, do not pay for performance, pay is lower than average for person in that role from csr to manager.

Thank you for your review of Electrolux. It's great to hear that, like many reviews we read from the US, you enjoy your colleagues and the industry in general. Unfortunately those Pros can be overshadowed by the things you mention in the Cons section. Even without knowing any specifics, I can say that we do believe we are a pay-for-performance company, but if you feel this has not been the case for you personally or for others you know, I would ask you to get in touch with us in Group HR so that we can look into the case(s). You can do this by emailing employee.experience@electrolux.com. In the meantime, thank you for your contribution to our company.

Pros

Salary. Work week is typically 60 to 70 hours which makes for high pay.

Cons

Excessive work hours. Management from the VP level down has an integrity issue and treats all employees like a disposable resource. Two manufacturing engineering managers left in two years and both were very good engineering managers. Absolutely the worse facility I have ever worked at.

Thank you for your review of Electrolux. The behavior you site (treating employees as disposable resources) is not something we stand for as a company and therefore not an acceptable behavior for our managers. If you feel comfortable, I encourage you to email us at the Group level at employee.experience@electrolux.com to give us more specific information so that we can take action, where possible.
