      Pros

      This is a reputable company which has helped provide jobs for different communities. My experience with the company was rather positive for the most part as they paid above average wages.

      Cons

      The company does not treat its people like humans but they see you as replaceable numbers. They are highly profit driven thus they will employ a large number of employees during peak season to get as much production done then once they have reached their desired figures they sack them.

      Pros

      Global company, offering dynamic and interesting jobs. Very good environment and team work. Good and structured management team, open to innovation and new ideas.

      Cons

      Nothing critical. Sometimes long processes to be followed, that anyhow assure better quality and standardization.
