      Pros

      Group Insurance, that's really about it.

      Cons

      Work is not steady and I don't understand how they haven't been shut down due to safety.

      Great pay great people to supervise. Great products to build.

      Cons

      No structure, very heavy on favoritism with family and friends. Need to look at a person ability not the relationship with upper management.
