      Pros

      One of best things I liked about Electrolux Major Appliances is the ability to move up in the company with hard work.

      Cons

      Management often places employees in positions where they can not thrive. Testing should be done to where the employee makes the biggest contribution to the company and they are happiest.

      Cons

      Slow decision making processes; sometimes lacking focus and not able to make big steps. Sometimes lacks some advanced talent mapping, too.
