Pros
It has always known as a "safe and sound" place to work; it's really a green company. Talent development system is theorically a good and useful tool, even if is strongly depending on the interpretation done by HR V.P.
Cons
Difficulties in taking decision, management is sometimes unable to face market situation and to decide in the appropriate way (expecially comparing with competitors); management (for Professional Business Sector) are far from understanding reality, and don't want to listen; lack of core competence, it'b better to stay sitten in a fresh office than going down in the shopfloor and see what's happening with own eyes.
