-Lack of Upper Management -Very slow to respond to changing enviroment -Very Conservative in decision making Needs to make BETTER product, the company would keep coming out with the same flawed product.

Where do I start. Hostile work environment seems like a good place. I was bullied, harrassed, lied to and about, and intimidated by my first manager. After complaining numerous times, the situation was "taken care of". I was told that this person was too valuable to the company so they didn't fire him, just took away his manager title and moved him over a couple of rows. Communication is lacking all around. Upper management doesn't talk to middle management which leads to no communication to the people in the trenches. If you're a mind reader, you'll do great here. Little to no information is given when asked to complete tasks and when you do complete something, little to no feedback is given (good or bad). A general sense of "CYA" pervades here and team work doesn't seem to matter. Overall my experience with Electrolux has been horrible. I'm in the process of looking for a new job and hope to be able to give my notice soon. While, I'll miss some of the people that I work with, I won't miss the unbelievable amount of stress you're required to carry to work for this company.
