Workplace is wide open with short cubicles and glass. Very loud and non-productive. Management has turned the environment into us v. them. Managers only care about other managers. Too many people in management positions that should not be. Company brings in mostly H1Bs with extremely poor work ethics and most only want to work from home where they cannot be seen. Most do little to nothing when management is not around. CEO puts too much emphasis on nonsensicle issues, like changing the building flowers, looking for dust, approving applicants college attendance, or monitoring seat assignments. This place puts a new meaning on MICRO Management. The cafe needs to be restaffed.

Salaries are a little on the low side, but the work is not stressful. For the type of work people perform the requirements to get hired are a bit far fetched, especially the degree requirements.
